This is a ductile, plant-based nylon material called HP 3D High Reusability PA 11, made with the HP Jret Fusion 4200. It is a mass-production-friendly material often used for parts that take advantage of its impact resistance and toughness, such as snap fits, living hinges, insoles, and sports equipment. It also features a high load deflection temperature, capable of withstanding up to 185°C (0.45 MPa). At 1.82 MPa, the temperature limit is 54°C. The MJF method produces isotropic parts with high strength and dimensional accuracy compared to SLS, making it suitable for use from prototypes to final products. It is built with a layer pitch of 0.08mm, allowing for detailed text representation.
